Authentic Australian Outback Tours with Global Gypsies
By Steve `Grumpy' Collins, on October 19th, 2010
Global Gypsies is an excellent tour company based in Perth, Western Australia. Run by Jeremy Perks and Jan Barrie they organise and escort tours to various parts of the globe, but their true specialty is taking groups of 4WD enthusiasts in convoy to some of the remotest parts of Australia, especially Western Australia, the Northern Territory and South Australia.
I spoke to Jeremy about their Tag-Along Tours (road trips in which many vehicles travel together with support vehicles), and about some of the best remote places to visit Australia. Because Jeremy has been to some spectacular country, I added pictures to the interview and turned it into a You Tube video for you to enjoy.
